Terms & Conditions

30 day return on any new unused product.  Returns need to include a copy of the receipt.  Refunds are for the purchase price minus 5%.  We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. 
If you are returning an item that was shipped for free, we will subtract the cost of shipping from the refund. 
To initiate a refund you will need to first call Cycle Chap at 314-735-0001 to get an RMA number for you to write on your returned copy of the receipt.
